Savenda General Insurance is a regulated entity by the Pensions and Insurance Authority, licensed to provide Non-Life or General insurance services in Zambia.

Registered in 2014 and fully operational since September 2016, we have established ourselves as the fastest-growing Zambian insurance company. Our company is a member of the Insurers Association of Zambia and offers reinsurance via our London-based broker, AfroAsian.

With a vision to set up subsidiaries in selected countries in the COMESA region, we are committed to expanding our reach while maintaining the personalized service that has made us the preferred choice for thousands of Zambians.

Moving forward, Savenda General Insurance expects significant growth in the motor segment on the back of government regulations, along with increased demand for surety bonds thanks to the expansion of Zambia's infrastructure.

Most importantly, we intend to keep contributing to the growth of Zambia's agriculture and offer beneficial products to commercial farmers. As of 2021, we have about K3 million in agriculture-related premiums and will continue to increase our support to farmers and agriculture companies.

Our flexible operating model and commitment to innovation positions us to capitalize on emerging opportunities while continuing to serve our existing clients with excellence.
